DTP Series Degerming&Breaking Machine

Explain:

This series of equipment,developed by our company independently in 1996 based on Italian degerming machine,has both degerming and breaking functions.Dry-type corn degerming is conducted on the principle of hitting and rubbing.The equipment is equipped with a fixed tooth ring which is made up of several toothed plates,with a dismountable rotor set in the middle.The rotor and rack are installed on the pedestal separately.The belt pulley on the rotor is connected with the motor via a belt.The rotor in the middle of the fixed tooth ring can rotate,and there is a certain space between the fixed tooth ring and the rotor.The rotor consists of three turntables and twelve plates.

Characteristics:

1.The equipment body is made of sand-cast pig iron,so the equipment has a long service life and can operate stably;

2.The equipment is featured with low energy consumption and low operation cost in the later period;

3.It is featured with satisfactory sealing effect,free of flying dust during processing;
